We grow the following varieties at our vineyard in Murrumbateman : Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Viognier. We also produce a unique, full-bodied Rosé from our Cabernet Sauvignon grapes and blends as the season suit. Only the highest quality fruit is vinified each year and quantities of this fruit are also available for purchase.
All our wines are in the French style. They are full-bodied, fruit-driven and made to accompany your favourite food choices.
Our terroir is perfectly suited to these varieties. At an altitude of 620m above sea-level, our lovingly hand-tended vineyard enjoys the perfect combination of d'uro granite; cold, wet winters and sunny summer slopes.

For your enjoyment, our 2018 Reserve Shiraz was ripened slowly and then aged in French oak barriques. This flagship varietal is intensely-flavoured, exhibiting esters of spice and black pepper. This is your go-to with red meats and will cellar well.

Lucky you! Our bold 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon - the same variety from which we make our Rose' - has now been released for your pleasure. It is drinking superbly now, with a gorgeous raspberry character and will cellar well, ideally matched with slow-cooked lamb shanks, roast beef, a cheese platter ...
Favourable ripening conditions produced an aromatic, plummy, medium-bodied wine that will cellar well. The soft tannins of our 2018 Merlot enable the wine to be matched best with grilled red meats and firm cheeses, or another bottle of our Merlot.
